The idea behind Incantio Kitchen

Since I have owned and ran successfully fine dining restaurant/Cafes. Golf clubs

Truffles/ Parkville hotel, (Preston), Bombay Brasserie (Chorley) Studley wood golf club, (Oxford) and Britalian Kitchens, Chefs Corner (India) As head chefs to Brasserie Blanc (French) San Carlo/ La Brasseria (Italian) Lantana Café (Australian) Lima (Peruvian/Japanese )

which truly makes me an international foodie first than chef

Recently moved to London, and chose to doing some freelance work to gain some more experience in Pan Asian, Italian, Australian, Peruvian restaurants past seven months now I find the right mindset to open which will utilis my skills and experience as a head chef of all these amazing places and newly gained knowledge of Pan Asian cuisine places like Lantana Café (best of Australian/Japanese) and Lima(Best of Peruvian/Japanese) makes me a good fit for anything

Also visiting variety of restaurant around London and travelling Europe to do more research and learn more about world cuisine, defining culinary art to get to this stage wanting to open Incantio kitchen

So the route I want to take with Incantio Kitchen!
As the name suggest: "Incantio"
Spell, Charm, Enchantment, Fascination, Magic
All the things I believe being a chef lets you create in your Kitchen

and this project allows me to incorporate love all that and my love for world food, Street food, best end of fine dining is allowed me to create a best (BBL) Breakfast/Brunch/lunch/ place where people feel at home, enjoy high quality, healthy food, full of rich flavour and soul. local residents, families, young professionals, Tourist, students, and anyone interested in exploring world food.

And since my love for fine dining is to offer in the form of taster menu once a week

British, French, Italian, Indian, Thai. Peruvian, Vegetarian, Vegan but still keep that warm community feel

With over 20 years of experience cooking a world of cuisines channelled into this unique menu,

a “fusion of tastes” rolled into BBL

There is something for all. including meat-eaters, vegetarians, vegans, the healthy conscious and so much more.

As one can never stop learning in life and If you would like to see something on the menu that you truly! I will happily include those dishes at Incantio Kitchen for you and everyone to try.

If it stays on the menu you will have that dish free every time you drop in!
